DT// Der Fokus liegt darauf, unsere Wahrnehmungskanäle in einen Zustand der Unmittelbarkeit zu bringen und unser motorisches System maximal reaktiv werden zu lassen. Dies geschieht durch die Anwendung explorativer anatomischer Forschung sowie durch das Öffnen von Improvisationsstrukturen und das Aushandeln von Informationen, die aus dem Inneren und dem Umfeld der Körper stammen. Wir streben danach, einen beweglichen und flexiblen Körper zu entwickeln, der die Möglichkeit hat, sich auf vielfältige Weise zu entfalten. Gleichzeitig bleiben wir aufmerksam gegenüber unserer Wahrnehmung und dem performativen Potenzial des Körpers in jedem Moment. Durch eine Reihe angeleiteter Improvisationen trainieren wir unsere Fähigkeit, das Mentale, das Physische und das Emotionale zu vereinen – Sein und Handeln, Choreografie und Präsenz.
EN// The focus will be to bringing our perception channels to a state of immediacy and to let our motor system become maximally reactive. This happens through applying explorative anatomical research as well as opening improvisational structures and the negotiation between information from within and around the bodies. We aim to develop a mobile and flexible body that has the possibility to unfold in many ways. At the same time we will remain attentive to our perception and to the body's performative potential in each moment. Through a series of guided improvisations we are training our ability to unite the mental, the physical and the emotional; being and doing; choreography and presence.
