Inhalt:
DT// Im Kurs Musiktheorie 1 finden Einführungen in Musikgeschichte (Mittelalter, Renaissance, Barock & Vorklassik), Musiktheorie (Intervalle, Skalen & Akkorde), Gehörbildung und musikalische Notation statt. Hierbei wird ein größerer Fokus auf Rhythmik gelegt: Studierende lernen, notierte Rhythmen zu lesen und prima vista zu exekutieren; Taktarten in Musikbeispielen zu erkennen und Rhythmen anhand von Diktaten und Musikbeispielen zu transkribieren.
Im Teil Musikgeschichte soll ein Überblick über europäische Kunstmusik seit dem Mittelalter vermittelt werden. Hier werden viele Musikbeispiele vorgestellt und kontextualisiert - u.a. auch mit dem Ziel, die Fähigkeit zu Diskussion und Kommunikation über Musik (mit korrekter Terminologie) zu entwickeln.
Die Kurse Musiktheorie 1-3 sind praxisorientiert und zielen darauf ab, Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten auszubilden und zu schulen, die für die eigene künstlerische Praxis im Umgang mit Musik von Relevanz sind.
EN// The course Music Theory 1 provides an introduction to music history (Middle Ages, Renaissance, Baroque & pre-classical), music theory (intervals, scales & chords), ear training and musical notation. A greater focus is placed on rhythm: Students learn to read notated rhythms and to execute them prima vista; to recognise time signatures in musical examples and to transcribe rhythms from dictation or musical examples. The music history section provides an overview of European art music since the Middle Ages. Many musical examples are presented and contextualised here - also with the aim of developing discussion and communication skills about music using correct terminology. The courses Music Theory 1-3 are practice-orientated and aim to develop and train skills and abilities that are relevant to the student's own artistic practice in dealing with music.
